A real estate and private equity investor, KC Kronbach holds several leadership roles. Living and working in Dallas, KC Kronbach is a principal with Goldwaite, partner at Red Summit Partners, and co-founder of Caliza Capital.

At Goldwaite, KC Kronbach supports the acquisition of industrial real estate assets specifically in Texas. Leveraging institution-level planning processes with hands-on execution, he leads Goldwaite's team in acquiring assets, adding value through various improvements, and then executing strategically timed sales.

At Red Summit Partners, KC Kronbach pursues opportunistic real estate investments in the multifamily space. He sources distressed properties and value-added opportunities, repositions them through extensive capital improvements, and employs professional property managers to manage them. He prioritizes cost cutting and investing in markets where he and his team have deep knowledge. This approach has led him to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns to Red Summit’s capital partners.

KC Kronbach co-founded Caliza Capital in 2021. Through the firm, he takes a controlling stake in companies that have $2 million to $10 million in EBITDA, strong competitive advantages, and a history of profitability. Some of the companies Caliza Capital has invested in are Black Tie Plumbing and Perma-Pier Foundation Repair.

An alumnus of Baylor University, Mr. Kronbach is also the founder of Bridge Hollow Investments, a boutique family office that specializes in private equity real estate and alternative investing. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kronbach co-founded Knightvest Capital and Moxiebridge. Knightvest has grown into one of the largest multifamily real estate owners in the United States, with over 70,000 housing units.
